Here is our rosé wine.

POINT DU JOUR – no rosé in bottle in 2021 due to frost

2020 – AOP Languedoc
certified Ecocert FR-Bio-01, without added sulfites

Grape varieties: 50% Syrah, 50% Grenache

Surface: 1 ha

Yield: 30 hl/ha

Harvest: Manually in picking crates

Vinification: Immediate pressing, cold-racking and vinification with no added sulfites.
Fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.

Tasting: An intense robe with a bouquet of strawberries and a hint of kirsch. The strawberry aroma persists in the mouth, highlighted by a touch of orange zest. Its length and gourmet qualities make it a perfect companion for meals.

Serving temperature: 12 – 14 °C

Ideal partner for: Vegetable tarts, salmon, tuna steak, poultry, grilled meats

Cellaring tips: Avoid temperature fluctuations, upright storage and direct light.
Point du Jour is also available in magnums – just 150 bottles produced per year. Ideal for the summer season.
